LOGISTICS CENTER OF THE TIRE COMPANY MICHELIN HELLAS SA IN AVLONA
Tire storage and handling building with an area of 9,000 m2, as well as office and mechanical spaces with a total area of 1,000 m2.
The load-bearing structure (columns, perimeter beams) and the outer walls up to a height of 2 m are made of reinforced concrete, while from 2 m and above polyurethane panels have been installed.
The building was covered with sheet metal, stone wool and waterproofing membrane.
The load-bearing structure of the roof is a combination of concrete beams and metal cross-sections, designed so that the building has the minimum number of columns and therefore ideal use of storage space.
